Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts - Assist in negotiating and drafting agreements and contracts - Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings - Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies - Maintain accurate and organized case files - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients - Pay based upon experience
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the Georgia state bar association - Strong research, writing, and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join our firm and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced legal environment.
